Reneé’s lifelong goal is to be able to say at the end of her life, “I come to You empty.  I have nothing left.  I used all of the gifts You gave me.” Reneé is wife to Tom and mother to Alexander, Elizabeth and Grace.  When Reneé is not out speaking, she is chasing volleyballs, basketballs, and golf balls with her children. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and when home can be found horseback riding, kayaking or working in her vineyard and gardens. Reneé is a keen observer of life and sees every moment as a time to gather material for her keynotes. Her many girlfriends, three children, and positively 100% Norwegian husband, provide her with more than ample laugh-out-loud moments to pass on to her audiences.

Prior to keynote speaking, Reneé assisted corporations internationally to design and create their own legacies through her work in strategic positioning, planning and marketing. Reneé holds a bachelors degree in Business from the College of St. Benedict. Now she is the International Spokesperson for the Pay It Forward Foundation, a member of the National Speakers Association, an author, a Talk Show Radio Host, and has served on as Trustee on numerous corporate, healthcare and education boards. Additionally, she is the recipient of the Woman Entrepreneur Award by the Women’s Business Center. Reneé is a Founder and Past President of the Northwest Minnesota Women’s Fund.
