Attitude
Have you picked your attitude today?
You know… it is up to you today to make a choice.
Pick your attitude like you do your clothes and just see where that takes you.
Remember to wear it all day!

Let the good times roll!
As National Grandparent’s Day, reflect on your favorite memories with your Granny & Gramps!
Tell me, what’s you’re favorite memory? For me, well…I can just smell those oatmeal raisin cookies, now!
Happy Saturday!
Every day is an adventure … explore, seek and be surprised!
On this Day of Remembrance, take time to truly feel a bit more today.
Call your mom.
Hold the door open for the elderly couple.
Smile at a stranger.
Hug your loved ones a few seconds longer.
Thank a Veteran, active soldier, a police officer.
Show gratitude in your actions, because it could all change in a moment’s notice.
It’s another #ThankfulThursday!
I’m wanting you to change it up today!
Take a new route to work and a new route home. Try a different coffee flavor or a new food. Expand your horizons and feel the new energy of doing something different.
Fill your own cup first.
Do you know why Flight Attendants instruct you to put on your own oxygen mask first before helping others? It’s because you’re no good to others when you’re running on low. The same is true in every day life.
Fill yourself up so you can continue to fill others around you.
“If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning. And if it’s your job to eat two frogs, it’s best to eat the BIGGEST one first.” – Mark Twain
What is that pesky task on your to-do list that keeps reoccurring and you never seem to cross it off? Eat the frog; do it first. The worst is over and your day can only go up from there!
Happy Labor Day!
This holiday is dedicated to each and every one of you—for all that you do! Everything that you do is a labor of love, so take time today to reflect on where you’ve been and all you have accomplished so far. Take time to celebrate YOU!
I hope you truly enjoy this beautiful day that we all have been given.
Do something you love, and be comfortable in your own skin … just be mindful how much you are showing!
Here we are into September, and I am looking back at a blur of a summer…thinking I would have gotten a few more things checked of my to-do list.
Instead of worrying about what I haven’t accomplished, I am going to try to remember: I may not be where I want to be, but I certainly am not where I used to be!
